Thompson Clarke Director takes up new role in Abu Dhabi

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, 06 February 2009: Thompson Clarke Shipping (TCS) announces with regret that Steve Hunt has tendered his resignation as a Director of the company in order to take up in March an attractive and challenging appointment with the Government of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Steve’s new role will be to plan and establish a comprehensive passenger water transport service in the Emirate.

 Steve has played a vital and energetic role in TCS over the last four years, and his hard work and expertise in this period of company growth have been much appreciated by clients and colleagues alike.  

 TCS is at an advanced stage of recruitment to strengthen its maritime consultancy and executive search team, based in Sydney and Melbourne, and a further announcement will be made in the near future.
